(Junior) People Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

As a (Junior) People Operations Specialist, you will manage Payroll and People Operations for our warehouse location (white- and blue-collar scope) as single point of contact. This position is unlimited and based in our warehouse in Robakowo.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely execution, including tax filings, social security contributions, internal finance-related reporting, and compliance audits
• handle the complete operative employee lifecycle, including contracts, terminations, onboarding, personnel files, benefit administration, and legalisation of foreign employees
• act as the main point of contact for people operations-related matters for internal and external stakeholders, including people & culture, finance, auditors, and authorities
• maintain employee data across platforms and systems (e.g. Personio, Enova, SSC Master), ensuring accuracy
• ensure compliance and health & safety requirements, including OHS training records, medical examinations, GDPR, and compliance tracking

YOU COME WITH

• 2+ years of experience in payroll management and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
• experience working in a blue-collar setting and understanding of its unique challenges
• strong knowledge of payroll, social security, and tax legislation and processes in Poland (experience in other markets is a plus)
• independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• a reliable, hands-on, flexible, and discreet personality
• team-oriented approach with strong communication skills in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
