You'll be responsible for

• Undertaking desktop assessments and maintaining a timely delivery of property claims outcomes which meet or exceed customer expectations throughout the life of a claim.
• Continuously improving property assessing performance by executing action plans
• Liaising with claimants, repairers and other internal/external stakeholders effectively to drive positive outcomes
• Ensuring adherence with claims assessments code of practice throughout the process
• Maintaining a productive work environment through proper planning and time management

About you

• Extensive experience in property assessment and/or insurance and customer service
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data
• Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
• Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
