We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Third Party Risk Manager (f/m/d). This position is based in our Frankfurt office and reports directly into the Head of Third Party Risk Management.

Within this exciting role, you will be responsible for the oversight and compliance of our Third Party Engagements globally. You will coordinate and interact with Business Owners as well as Second line functions ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements with the target to make our business more resilient.

What you do:

• Coordinate Third Party Oversight duties with Business Owners and Second line functions such as Data Privacy, Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Information Security, IT Compliance, Business Resilience, Vendor Management for all Third Party Engagements
• Review initial and regular due diligence & risk assessment results
• Escalate non-compliant cases with respective stakeholders: Business Owners and Third Parties
• Discuss and coordinate mitigation actions with involved functions, Business Owner, Third-Parties
• Guide, advise, and supervise Business Owners in identifying non-compliant Third-Party Engagements, and recommend the necessary actions to address deviations accurately
• Advise and ensure regulatory compliance for all legal entities of AllianzGI in several jurisdictions (APAC, Europe)
• Coordinate and maintain oversight of AllianzGI internal delegation contracts
• Support in contract set up and negotiations

What you bring:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management or related field of study
• Knowledge of project management and business analysis is a must
• Knowledge of national or international regulatory requirements in the financial services industry (e.g. KaMaRisk, DORA) is a plus
• Experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management, Outsourcing Management or other related roles is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years job experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and client-centric approach, combining diplomacy and assertiveness
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal required, further languages would be highly helpful, German is a plus
