About the Role:

• Champion exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with risk policies, legal, and regulatory obligations.
• Utilize technical expertise to enhance the customer experience and continuously strive for service excellence.
• Foster strong relationships and open communication with cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Inspire and mentor your team, promoting growth in negotiation, customer service, and technical skills.
• Act as a trusted escalation point for complex queries and complaints, identifying root causes and offering thoughtful solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and service standards

About You:

• Extensive experience within your designated functional area, bringing both expertise and a passion for growth.
• Confidence in making decisions independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of the outcomes, whether anticipated or unexpected.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked and everything is managed to the highest standard.
• Masterful at planning, prioritizing, and organizing your tasks, efficiently balancing competing resources and demands with grace.
• Adept at interpreting complex information and responding with thoughtful, well-considered actions
