What do we expect you to bring?
Job Description:
Managing the channel to strengthen collaboration between AZTR, Sales teams, and the bancassurance partner in the assigned branch/branches.
Monitoring the market, identifying opportunities, and managing processes to implement these opportunities together with the partner.
Working with the relevant parties in quarterly periods to achieve the branch goals under responsibility, preparing action plans to meet the sales/market share target, obtaining approval from the Bancassurance and Bank Sales Managers, tracking the process, and reporting the results.
Leading the sales lists and sales campaign processes to be implemented in the field, ensuring that processes are managed in an optimized manner with the relevant parties to meet targets and optimize resource utilization.
Ensuring the highest level of coordination and alignment between the sales teams and the channels, and taking necessary actions to ensure the adoption of company strategies by the sales teams.
Taking necessary actions to ensure that sales and service processes under responsibility comply with regulations.
Coordinating refresher training for bank sales teams regarding products and processes.
How can you make an impact?
Bachelor's degree from a relevant field,
At least 5+ years of experience in Field Sales, Agency Sales, Regional Management, Channel Management, or Process Management,
Knowledgeable about insurance sales processes and products,
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications,
Good command of English,
Strong communication skills,
Being a good team player,
The ability to work systematically and in an organized manner.
