As a (Senior) Paid Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our paid social media channel, ensuring it aligns with broader business goals while pushing the boundaries of performance marketing. You will foster cross-functional collaboration and optimize campaign performance at scale in this role. This position is permanentand based in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
shape and refine the Paid Social strategy with the team and agency partners to grow brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue
lead end-to-end campaign execution - manage briefs, guide creative development, and ensure alignment with brand goals and performance
use analytics, A/B testing, and insights to optimize campaign performance, improve ROAS, and ensure efficient budget spend across markets
deliver clear, actionable performance reports to leadership - translate complex data into strategic recommendations that support revenue and growth targets
test and implement new ad formats, targeting strategies, and automation tools to improve efficiency and scale performance in new and existing markets
partner closely with creative, tech, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all Paid Social initiatives
YOU COME WITH
4+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling performance-driven campaigns across the funnel on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other key platforms (experience with Smartly is a strong plus), ideally in fast-paced e-commerce or agency environments
deep expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation across ad platforms; proficient in tools like Smartly, including automation and dynamic creative setups
highly analytical with expert knowledge of KPIs, skilled in interpreting data, reporting, and turning insights into clear strategies
strong creative sense combined with a data-first mindset; able to guide creative development and make use of platform updates and new tech like AI-driven personalisation
proven cross-functional team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English (German is a plus)
