What you will enjoy doing

• You drive a profitable growth, as an expert in Metallurgy & Glass applications, by identifying market opportunities, by rolling out new applications developed by our R&D team and by creating added value to the gas sales, through a competitive PSO (Product and service Offer) and/or hardware and/or services
• You provide an expertise and a training to the sales team at each relevant stage both for existing customer projects and for new businesses
• You build and implement market development plans
• Further you establish and manage strategic relationship with OEM´s
• In this role you contribute to the growth of the PSO

What makes you great

• You have a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering (MSc is a plus)
• In this role you a good background in metallurgy or glass or heat treatment or combustion is needed (min 3 years)
• You are passionate by technology and have good business acumen and sales capabilities
• Further you should strong communication skills and self-motivation combined with an appetite for challenges
• In addition, a high level of understanding of business processes and ability to steer people within a matrix environment is required
• Very good command of spoken and written English (minimum CEF B2 level)
• Have a driver's license and can actively drive
