What you will enjoy doing

• You will represent Linde in the Swedish market
• Further you will provide with first line support for our B2B customers
• In this role you will be in charge to manage orders and queries
• Provide technical assistance to customers who encounter issues with the online ordering process
• Be a key player in building a support team in a challenging environment

What makes you great

• Your language skills are the key - very good command of Swedish and English is a must
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles with a focus on online tools and applications
• Proficiency in working with online tools, including web browsers, chat, phone, and email
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to help others is needed in this role
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
