What You’ll Be Doing (Key Accountabilities):

• Keep things running smoothly by managing mail, faxes, reports, and filing systems

• Handle expense reports and keep office supplies stocked like a pro

• Provide exceptional support to our internal teams and visiting customers

• Back up the phone switchboard and keep everyone connected with a smile

• Help organize reports and assist with Lean projects to improve our workflows

• Jump in on special projects as needed – your skills will shine!

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• You type at least 50 wpm and know your way around standard office software and equipment

• You’re a strong communicator – clear, courteous, and confident

• You’re known for being organized, dependable, and someone who takes initiative

• You enjoy creating a welcoming environment for guests and coworkers alike

• You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of clerical experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, or customer service teams

• A passion for continuous improvement or Lean processes

• Bilingual skills – not required, but a plus in our diverse environment!

Job Compensation

$19.00/hour = $39,520.00/year
