Aufgaben

• Be convinced of the agile mindset and principles and pass them on to our teams and the organization.

• Enable, support, motivate, push, solve, lead, guide, protect – you know the drill…

• Achieve team/project goals in a committed, responsible and tireless manner.

• Be naturally curious, proactive and determined to continuously improve our processes.

• Build and maintain a consistent and valued company culture.

• Identify, analyze and proactively remove obstacles in the development process.

• Put your ideas on the table, challenge us and actively contribute to the big picture.

• Drive cross-team collaboration and alignment while fostering independence and ownership.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced in agile values and principles as well as frameworks such as Scrum, scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus), Kanban, XP, Lean, and systems thinking/complexity theory.

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and organizational talent.

• Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands effectively.

• Reliable, communicative, and self-driven team player.

• What would excite us (but not a must): previous experience in E-Commerce – familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) – Scrum Master certification – experience with multicultural and distributed teams.
