Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Projektunterlagen
In deiner Beraterrolle des Sales-Teams bewertest du Ideen, arbeitest diese aus und bringst auch deine eigenen Impulse ein
Du pflegst den After Sales Kontakt zu unseren Kund:innen, um langfristige Beziehungen aufrecht zu erhalten
Du bearbeitest administrative Aufgaben rund um unsere Vertriebsprozesse
Du hältst unser CRM-System aktuell und sorgst für saubere Datenpflege
Du erstellst regelmäßig Auswertungen und Reports für das Team
Du kümmerst dich um organisatorische Themen, z. B. Vorbereitung von Terminen oder Vertriebsunterlagen

Was du mitbringst

Hard Skills:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrungen im Vertriebsinnendienst, Sales Support oder einer ähnlichen kaufmännischen Rolle
Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fließend in Wort und Schrift
Nice-to-have: Du sprichst eine weitere Fremdsprache

Soft Skills:

Du arbeitest strukturiert und prozessorientiert
Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen auf ihrer Customer Journey durch deine überzeugende Kommunikation und Zuverlässigkeit
Du liebst es, deine Ideen in Ziele und Inhalte zu übersetzen und dazu passende Handlungsschritte zu entwickeln
Komplexe Sachverhalte erfasst du Dank deiner hohen Auffassungsgabe zügig
Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner Flexibilität bist du eine wichtige Stütze für das Team und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg bei

an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) to support our sales team! Are you passionate about systematically and continuously improving sales processes and strategies? Your tasks

You create complex offers convincingly and professionally, including functional project descriptions
In your advisory role within the sales team, you evaluate ideas, develop them, and contribute your own initiatives
You maintain after-sales contact with our customers to sustain long-term relationships
You prepare customer-related analyses, reports, and sales forecasts to anticipate future developments
You regularly assess our sales pipeline (health check)
You support Felix, our Head of Sales, with strategic projects
You are administratively responsible for our partner business
As the Master Key User for the CRM tool, you actively develop our central CRM tool

Your profile

Hard skills:

You have completed training or a degree in a commercial field
You bring 3+ years of professional experience in sales or a sales-related environment
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
Nice-to-have: You speak another foreign language

Soft skills:

You work in a structured and process-oriented manner
You accompany our customers on their customer journey through your persuasive communication and reliability
You love translating your ideas into goals and content, and developing corresponding action steps
You quickly grasp complex issues thanks to your high comprehension skills
With your organizational talent and flexibility, you are a crucial support for the team and actively contribute to its success
