This is a first shift, full-time role with hours from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST, offering consistency, structure, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact. Position Overview:

As the Warehouse Detective, you’ll be our go-to expert for investigating inventory discrepancies, resolving material movement issues, and ensuring the integrity of inventory data in SAP. You'll play a vital role in keeping our operations smooth, accurate, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Review SAP reports (PGI, LX03, LL01) to detect and resolve open inventory issues.

• Lead or participate in daily shift meetings to review material movement accuracy.

• Operate material handling equipment as needed to assist in inventory flow.

• Enter and track inventory transactions, adjustments, and reassignments accurately.

• Prepare and manage inventory tags and reassign materials to proper locations.

• Investigate material shortages, locate discrepancies, and verify scrap materials.

• Perform cycle counts and support internal and external audits.

• Assist with credit-related activities and support the Quality Assurance team.

• Maintain strict attention to detail in all inventory processes.

• Participate in Lean, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Authorized to make inventory adjustments under 50 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Material Control Operator or in a similar inventory role.

• Warehouse experience including forklift operation, packing, measuring, and tagging.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and stock location tracking.

• Working knowledge of SAP or other warehouse management systems.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to train others when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• College coursework toward a 2-year degree.

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.

• Familiarity with sales operations or order fulfillment processes.
