Joining us on an initial 12-month contract, 3 days a week, the IT Support Technician is responsible for the day-to-day IT support of end-users and focuses to continuously work towards an improved end-user satisfaction, leveraging Red Bull’s IT service management processes as well as Red Bull’s overall IT guidelines. The person maintains an up-to-date and secure inventory of end-user’s devices and Red Bull Australia’s office IT equipment.

END-USER DEVICES AND HARDWARE
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, with long-term working rights in Australia.
Experience in IT support/administration (preferably 1+ year).
Customer-focused approach and passionate about technology. Ability to work 3 days a week, Monday to Friday.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
