Program Manager (f/m/d) - Automated Infusion Systems

B. Braun is a leading supplier of automated infusion systems that support a wide range of clinical therapies. The product segment is one of four strategic growth areas of B. Braun’s Hospital Care division. An important growth driver is the transformation of the established product business into an Ecosystem solutions business including infusion devices, disposables as well as digital applications and services.

For our premium product line Spaceplus we are seeking to fill the position of the Program Manager (f/m/d) Infusion Systems Premium.

Duties and responsibilities:

Lead and develop the cross-functional program team

Capture new product requirements and change request from all relevant stakeholders; prioritize backlog according to business strategy and goals, in close collaboration with product management

Plan and execute a portfolio of product creation and lifecycle projects to deliver scheduled backlog items

Work with Regulatory Affairs to obtain market registration of new product features and to maintain existing registrations

Continuously review and evaluate post-market product data to identify quality issues and risks; initiate corrective and preventive actions as needed

Work closely with operations for design transfer and to sustain production output to forecast

Implement measures to reduce cost of goods manufactured to defined targets

Plan program budget; track actual cost to stay in line with forecast

Represent the program in the organization and in the project governance boards

Professional and competencies:

At least a Bachelor degree in engineering or similar

Several years of experience in the development of active medical devices

Leadership experience in line or project management function(s)

Project management skills and experience

Knowledge of the regulatory requirements and quality management systems for medical devices

Excellent command of English and/or German language
