About the Job

Allianz is seeking a dynamic leader to build and lead a team of technical experts in the development and management of our integrated reporting platform. This platform will connect data from various sources to provide essential IT KPIs to Allianz Group and its operating entities.

In this role, you will oversee the platform’s design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancements, while managing stakeholder requirements and ensuring successful delivery. What you do

Project Leadership and Management:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the consolidated reporting platform, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, timeline, budget, risk management, and deliverables.
• Assign and coordinate tasks across internal teams, including business analysts, developers, data engineers, and UX designers, as well as external vendors when necessary.Foster an Agile or hybrid project management environment to ensure flexibility and efficiency.
• Delegate actions to related team member and ensure deployment follows the full process cycle and qualitative requirements

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with IT leadership, business units, and other key stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and escalate issues as needed.

Technical Oversight:

• Oversee the architecture, design, and development of the reporting platform to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with Allianz Group IT standards.
• Drive data integration efforts, ensuring seamless extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from disparate IT systems.
• Partner with data governance teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and Allianz Group relevant corporate rules.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:

• Define key success metrics for the platform and ensure reporting outputs meet organizational needs.
• Plan and execute testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate functionality and performance.
• Champion the adoption by the Allianz OEs of the platform through training sessions, user documentation, and post-launch support.

What you bring

• Sound knowledge of Group’s strategy and able to gather and translate business/IT requirements into actions
• Exposure to cloud solutions and understanding of information transfer among different technical environments
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and ability to present to audience of various seniority levels (incl. C-level management)
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop high-performance culture.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, etc.)
• At least eight years of relevant experience with strong project management skills in an agile environment
