About the Job

As a Local Information Security Officer (ISO) at Allianz Technology, you will play a crucial role in supervising and supporting the implementation of Information Security governance and related guidelines. Reporting functionally to the Regional CISO of CTO2, you will ensure compliance with Allianz SE Group and Technology Information Security Frameworks, providing control assurance for services offered to internal customers. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a secure and resilient environment, aligning with Allianz's commitment to protection and resilience.

What you do

For the Branches:

• Enforce information security controls to ensure compliance with Allianz SE Group and Technology Information Security Frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments for internal processes and supplier management.
• Advise Allianz Technology employees on information security matters.
• Manage and escalate information security issues to the Allianz Technology ISO central team.
• Regularly participate in reviews being undertaken by Protection & Resilience Office.
• Support the annual compliance reporting process, ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Ensure that the Allianz Technology entity ratifies the Protection and Resilience Policy.
• Communicate applicable corporate rules related to information security.
• Coordinate information security activities and liaise with Risk, Data Privacy, Compliance, and Internal Audit functions.
• Report risks and actions to the Local Executive Body & Protection & Resilience Office.
• Create awareness of Protection & Resilience and associated responsibilities within Allianz Tech entity.

For the Operating Entities (OEs):

• Perform Asset Risk Assurance processes and share risks with customers.
• Support local security projects and contribute to customer audits.
• Act as a resilience point of contact and coordinate resilience-related requests.
• Verify IT Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities and ensure DR data consistency.
• Enhance IT DR capabilities for local/customer-specific services in line with P&R standard.

What you bring

• English fluent and preferably also one of the Central Europe languages.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Security Governance, with knowledge of Protection & Resilience domains.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and process design/improvement.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulatory environments (ISO Standards, ITIL, COBIT).
• Analytical thinking, consulting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate the need for controls and regulations effectively.
