Job Description
Understand DIF EWM Template
(Get trained) Process template documentation on all areas of DIF I2D
Discuss with customer (Bosch BBM plant Key users) for
Analyse Gaps in requirements
Identify new requirements – compared to DIF template
Co-ordinate with DIF I2D D&B team for development of new requirements
Support Plant Key users and Users
Prepare, Execute Testing across testing phases (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing):
Create local test cases based on D&B template test cases, Execute test cases during integration tests, Create test defects and co-ordinate until closure
Engage in Migration Activities (Test Migration, Productive Migration)
Provide inputs to migration execution team and I2D migration advocate team, Decide on Warehouse mapping structure, learn Syniti reports and know how to use them during test migration cycles and Productive migration, execute cut-over tasks and dark phase activities, validate and approve sample upload and mass upload of data
Train Key-users, setup training data, prepare demo and create/publish supporting documents
Support Hyper-care phase after Go-live
Resolve defects during Testing, Post Go Live
Qualifications
General
Total Implementation experience – min. 2 E2E
Total support experience – post go-live or as full-time support role – at least two projects
Total Rollout experience – knowledge of template rollout
Interface (e.g. IDOCS, CIF, RFC) setup and issue resolution knowledge
Ability to design solution to customer requirements
Technical Knowledge and Experience (6 years to 10 years)
SAP EWM
EWM 9.5/ S/4 Embedded EWM (any version, preferable Ver.2020 and above), of which - S/4H versions worked – at least 1 year
Experience in preparing Functional specs for EWM developments
EWM-ERP Integration setup experience
Knowledge of VAS (Value Added Service)
Nice to have: Exposure to SAP TM
Non-SAP
SAP Solman for Testcase and Defects management
Jira Track & Release
Syniti tool [Nice to have]
MS-office proficiency (XL/Power point/Word etc.)
Process Knowledge and Experience
Inbound/ outbound/ warehousing/ packaging: List of processes and variants worked – being strong in at least two areas, with good knowledge in remaining
‘Strong’ means: being able to list processes worked in that area, explain customer requirements and how the process meets it
Knowledge of variants of each process as applied to different business scenarios for the customer
Specifically, good knowledge in EWM Production integration features – Production replenishment process, including Kanban replenishment etc.
Industry Knowledge and Experience
At-least 2 years in auto/manufacturing industry experience – in Warehousing or Production related function

SAP EWM Certification with:
EWM 9.5
S/4 Embedded EWM (Ver 1909 or higher)
SAP LE-WM Certification (Optional)
