We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior R&D Test Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and executing R&D laboratory tests. You will be involved in part of the testing activities planned by the R&D Lab Team Leader and related to car homologation, structural car components sign-off, material testing.

Job Description

R&D Testing

Manage car part testing and sign off, materials and prototype characterization.

To operate correctly servo hydraulic and static rigs for car component testing (suspension, wings, chassis) and material characterization.

to manage all data analysis in order to provide the most accurate test results to other relevant departments.

To release a detailed test report to ensure that a proper and quick feedback is given once test activity is concluded.

To assist with the installation of the test assemblies and components.

To assist with on and off-site homologation tests or bench.

Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects respecting timeframes

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or Technical High School Diploma in Mechanics.

Minimum experience in car part testing is preferable.

Previous experience in servo hydarulic benches (MTS/Servotest/Triosistemi) is preferable.

IT Skills (Matlab, Labview, Excel VBA).

Initiative and Innovation.

Proactive approach to problem solving.

Curious, committed to continuous learning, and ability to adapt quickly to changes.

Fluency in English.
