Smart Buildings Contract Administrator Supervisor – Atlantic Zone

Our Contract Administration Supervisor will be supervising a team of contract administrators (3-8 direct reports) that are responsible for handling customer contracts supporting sales managers and branch managers throughout the zone.

As a Contract Administration Supervisor, you will:
Supervise up to 7 contract handlers located throughout the Atlantic Zone
Manage contract administrators to a 30 day return of fully executed contracts.
Provide and maintain all tracking and KPIs for all directs, areas and zone.
Provide a monthly review meeting for management.
Assess areas of improvements and work with Sales support to implement any new processes
Provide review for all contracts in the zone over 1 million directly and route to senior management for approval and signatures
Manage all escalations on contracts with the Area General Managers when needed.
Assist your direct team with the following:
Customer contact for contract issues, discrepancy discussions, and contract finalization
Create and process addendums for the contracts that have red-line items
Process fully executed contracts
Provide assistance to the sales managers, Area General Managers, and Finance administration teams
Ability to occasionally work extended hours during end of month
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High School degree or state-recognized GED
2 years of contract administration experience
This position is hybrid and will be assigned to a local office within the Atlantic zone locations (Nashville, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Washington DC, Richmond, or Norfolk)
Must be proficient in utilizing and mastering various Software Systems including: Customer Relationship Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite-Tools and Systems (Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must possess demonstrated good verbal and writing skills
Must be able to work as a team
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience supporting a sales or branch team in review of construction contracting
Experience with COI (Certificate of Insurance) and OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program)/CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) branch management

The pay range for this position is $59,430 - $122,160. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
