Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

• Taking over the installation of new systems and maintenance, servicing and repair of Mühlbauer production machines at our customers' sites in Guatemala
• As part of the service activities, you will be travelling inside Guatemala for short to medium-term service trips
• During the training and acceptance of new systems, you may have to spend time abroad and must be willing to travel
• The preparation of daily status reports and weekly service reports to the service management are part of your tasks
• Carrying out customer training on site and also providing the right advice to customers and customer operators
• Performing preventive maintenance, analysing faults and carrying out troubleshooting in collaboration with the customer and the internal R&D teams

Professional Characteristic:

• Completed technical education in field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or similar
• Experience and enjoy working in an industrial environment and can inspire our customers with it
• Very good technical understanding as well as very good mechanical and electronics skills
• Experience in maintaining and repairing of industrial machines desirable

Personal Characteristic:

• Willingness to travel to National wide and Abroad
• High target and solution orientation
• Good communication skills
• Good written and spoken English and Spanish
• Assertiveness
• Highly pronounced capacity for teamwork
• Driver's license class C in Guatemala (Not own car required)
