As a Procurement Manager at our company, your mission is to identify, plan and execute procurement strategies and initiatives for goods and services from Red Bull's external suppliers in collaboration with internal customers.
Job Description
Planning & Strategy
Responsibility for the creation and delivery of a short-term as well as long-term procurement strategy for Red Bull Polska;
Create and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders (especially with the Marketing and Sales teams) to proactively align and support the identification of potential cost optimization/expense efficiencies and/or other improvements;
Responsibility for the development, implementation and cyclical review of purchasing policies, procedures and guidelines for goods and services, in line with the Global Purchasing Policy in collaboration with departmental managers taking into account the specific requirements of each department;
Responsibility for analysing market trends and data in terms of current and future pricing, availability, lead times and quality of goods and services.

Responsibility for developing and improving procurement category management strategies to identify opportunities for consolidation and efficiency improvements for similar materials or services
Responsibility for preparing procurement plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders that support annual and long-term business objectives;
Responsibility for the timely negotiation of contracts with suppliers in line with their indexation dates;
Responsibility for procurement projects in line with HQ guidelines and their local implementation;
Responsibility for defining sourcing strategies and actively supporting departments in high-value and/or business-critical initiatives or tenders;
Business Partnering
Cyclically assessing the challenges facing the company taking into account the business environment as well as internal expectations and taking action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities;
Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to department heads, to support the optimization of budget spend and alignment of procurement engagement and collaboration;
Work closely with budget holders to develop and drive end-to-end sourcing strategies;
In collaboration with the responsible business partner, monitor relationships with key suppliers to ensure the best possible quality of goods and services for Red Bull;
Collaborate on cross-regional initiatives to optimize spend and knowledge sharing;
Team Management
Managing, coaching and developing high performing procurement team that meet agreed targets and deliver the best performance, added value and continuous improvement;
Setting targets / KPIs for the department and reviewing and evaluating the current performance of direct reports;
Reporting on the achievement of targets and identifying any actions required;
Qualifications
Preferably 3+ years of in depth strategic, tactical and operational sourcing experience with a solid knowledge of category management
Good interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Team Management experience
Excellent (contract) negotiation, financial and data driven analysis skills
Good English level is a must
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to create internal and external networks.
Experience in developing, recommending, and implementing improvements to address challenges.
