What you will enjoy doing

• In this position, you will receive all gas cylinder deliveries from headquarters (HQ) early in the morning and ensure accurate addition to depot stock
• Moreover, you will issue customer invoices for all trucks before they embark on daily distribution routes, which involves handling multiple invoices daily for retail customers
• Also, you will serve walk-in customers by handling purchases of gases, tools, and technical support queries, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
• Furthermore, you will manage the depot's cash register, ensuring accuracy and accountability in all transactions, as well as you will respond to all incoming phone calls, including next-day order requests, customer queries, and coordination with HQ
• In addition, you will ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures, including timely reporting and documentation and you will actively participate in the depot's safety team, as required by law, promoting a culture of safety at all times
• Conduct customer visits to build relationships, follow up on accounts, and ensure service quality as per assigned annual schedules, while you will encourage them to return any cylinders that are not being utilized efficiently

What makes you great

• You have a technical background
• Moreover, you have acquired 2-3 years of working experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector
• Additionally, you are familiar with ERP (e.g. SAP) and a very good user of the MS Office suite
• In addition, you have very good knowledge of English
• Furthermore, you demonstrate very good communication skills and ability to organize workload well, as well as to set priorities
