Join Us as a Working Student in Product Management & Innovation (PM&I) – EASY LIVING
Location: Warsaw
⏳ Working Hours: 15-20 hours/week (at least one day in the office)

The Easy Living line of business supports customers when they need it most—whether through domestic care, home nursing, teleconsultation, psychological support, funeral assistance, or wellbeing services. Your Role in Product Management & Innovation (PM&I)
As a Working Student (m/f/d) PM&I Easy Living, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team driving innovation and market growth. You’ll support sales colleagues, conduct market research, and even manage your own projects—gaining hands-on experience in product management and business development.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct competitive market analysis, reviewing offerings from healthcare providers and insurers
• Research innovative trends and propose new ideas
• Support the creation of sales and marketing materials (flyers, presentations, offers)
• Assist in business development discussions by preparing pitch materials and analyzing customer journeys
• Adapt diverse content for the Polish market
• Contribute to the development of innovative digital platforms

What You Bring:
• Currently pursuing a degree in economics, marketing, or management (min. Bachelor’s level)
• Fluent in English and Polish (min. B2 level)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, assistance, or consulting is a plus
• Enthusiasm for an international, fast-paced environment
• Strong creativity, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tasks
