The Specialist, Talent Business Partnerships will support Red Bull Canada Distribution’s Talent Business Partner (TBP) to enable high performance in their respective businesses through activation around Red Bull’s system of Talent (SELECT, DEVELOP, MANAGE, GROW, REWARD). The Specialist, Talent Business Partnerships will work with the TBP to execute employee relations activities, manage workplace injury claims, basic benefit administration, and performance management initiatives.
TALENT BUSINESS PARTNER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Act as the central point of contact for Distribution organization in Canada and address employee questions and employee relation issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Oversee and manage workplace injury cases ensuring timely reporting, effective communication, coordinate safe return to work programs, and ensure compliance with relevant local laws.
Collaborate with Talent Operations to oversee employee benefits, compliance trainings, commission documents, and other talent-related matters.
Suggest and manage projects that enable Talent Business Partner effectiveness and efficiencies to drive the talent agenda forward.
Provide Distribution leadership with up-to-date information on local labour laws.
Be a key member/advocate on the Joint Health and Safety Committees for Ontario locations.
Provide change management support with both large and small organizational changes, including creating timelines, communication plans, and employee movement documents.
Partner with Talent Business Partner on Talent processes including communication, cyclical talent initiatives and implementation plans.
TALENT PARTNERSHIP
Partner with Talent Business Partner on managing the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to, onboarding, development, performance management, compensation review, benefits, and offboarding.
Manage intake of Employee Relations matters and conduct low risk investigations as assigned by the Talent Business Partner.
Partner with Director, Talent on project development and execution.
Conduct exit interviews, identify trends and recommend action plans to Talent Business Partners.
As necessary, provide feedback & coach managers and employees on utilizing internal Talent tools (onboarding, development, compensation, succession, performance management, etc).
Ensure and enforce compliance with local and provincial labour laws and safety regulations.
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related field(s).
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly sensitive situations in the workplace.
Experience in workplace safety (WSIB/WCB)/Joint Health and Safety.
Critical thinker with ability to identify Human Resource trends and recommend solutions grounded in data and insights.
Experience and passion for coordinating and facilitating client-facing Human Resource training programs.
Strong planning, budgetary and project management skills.
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to develop and drive innovative programs, initiatives and solutions.
Working knowledge of Human Resource reporting systems preferred. SAP experience a plus.
Must be flexible and able to deal with change and ambiguity.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or relevant experience.
