Your Role

As a Process Engineer, you will:

📍 Monitor and analyze the daily performance of our automated logistics system

📍 Investigate root causes of system inefficiencies and implement improvements

📍 Collaborate with PLC programmers, Control Room, Production, and Technical Services

📍 Support the Continuous Improvement Manager with optimization strategies

📍 Based on multiple data sources, you look for different root causes within the production system and solve problems

📍 Assist with system recovery (Server Failover / Database Recovery)

📍 Provide hands-on support for IT, inventory, scanning, RF, and routing issues

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Problem solver with a proactive approach to continuous improvement

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or Technology

✔ 1+ year experience in production, intralogistics, or automotive industries

✔ Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

✔ Strong analytical & technical skills, attention to detail

✔ Fluency in Dutch & English (spoken & written)
