Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced QA Lead (all genders) to join and strengthen our Engineering team! Work on different tasks and projects related to our Augmented Reality products and collaborate with colleagues all around the world!

• Align all testing efforts and provide mentorship to various existing QA positions
• Work with different exciting technologies such as Augmented Reality, Smart-Glasses, Mobile Testing, and Test-Automation
• Be responsible for maintaining and evolving test codes and testing manually as well as exploratory
• Work on various tasks related to testing with your colleagues and drive the quality topic within your team to the next level
• Collaborate with different Products, Code, and Ultimately all over the world
• Mentor and guide other QA team members, fostering their professional growth and development

Requirements

• A university or college degree in the field of Computer Science, IT, or any other related subject
• Experience in Hands-on Testing and QA is mandatory
• Knowledge and/or experience in mobile testing as well as test automation is a plus
• Team player with the ability to work cross-departments as well as independently whenever needed
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
• Proven experience in a senior QA or Lead role, with a track record of managing and mentoring QA teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive quality initiatives and improvements
• Experience in managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
