As the IT Infrastructure Services Specialist, you will manage device lifecycles based on global governance
You will oversee all reports and documentation related to IT Infrastructure Services and manage the resource libraries of technical information and solutions
You are responsible for managing contractors, third parties, cloud service providers, and other vendors
You will maintain and improve our existing Cloud Solutions Services
Developing and implementing IT Infrastructure Services and processes that align with business needs to enhance service quality will be your responsibility
You will evaluate and drive value-generating sustainable improvements to existing IT Infrastructure Services for high customer satisfaction
Managing and performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities is a requirement of the job
As an IT Infrastructure Services Specialist, you will need to stay up-to-date on technologies, solutions, and architectures to optimize IT functions
You will participate in service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives, is part of your role
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in network and server areas to align on standardized operating procedure guidelines is essential
What makes you great
You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a similar discipline and a passion for IT and a desire to drive positive change
Flexibility, openness to change, and a willingness to adapt to new challenges are qualities essential for this role

To succeed in this position, a high motivation, and commitment to continuously improve and succeed is a must
Demonstrated experience in cloud solutions like Telephony/Contact Center (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) is required and Knowledge in AWS environment is necessary
Having a service-oriented mindset and interest in understanding the needs of service consumers is also a must-have for this role
Being able to work in an international and English-speaking environment is required
You have experience with IT service management tools, incident handling tools, and asset repositories is also crucial
Experience in IT service delivery management and ITIL process management, as well as ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certifications, are necessary requirements for this position

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:30 hrs till 17:30 hrs. This role contains shift.
