Join our dynamic team as a UK Paid Freight Coordinator!
Your Role
In this role, you will monitor and manage the flow of freight at overseas stations, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and overseas stations to minimize issues and drive improvements. You'll also work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) while addressing operational challenges. A strong understanding of road freight operations will be essential to support industry-related inquiries and requirements. Your Responsibilities
Supporting the onboarding of new customers – including supporting with SOP generation and work instructions where necessary
Meeting KPI deadlines, daily and monthly
Working to reduce number of escalations and operational failures
Performing Key Account analysis
Build relationships with the sales team – FAMs, FOKs, and CSS’s within UK Network
Build relationships with overseas stations
Support Sales Team with onboarding
Collaborate with other UK departments, i.e International Haulage, planning and customs
Action new failures with SLA’s
Your Skills and Experiences
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Basic knowledge of current Customs Procedures.
Customs documentation requirements.
Excellent Organisational and time Management skills.
Ability to work well as a team member.
Competent in Word & Excel.
Experience in working with Customers both internally and externally.
Understanding of KN systems and SOPs.
Understanding of i-Com
Behaviours to be in line with KN behaviours.
Understanding of basic UK and EU customs processes
