Your responsibilities

• Aufbau und Leitung eines Teams von Fachleuten in der Windprojektentwicklung
• Strategische Ausrichtung und Unterstützung des Teamsüber die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette der Windprojektentwicklung
• Überwachung der Projektentwicklung einschließlich der Identifikation und Sicherung von Grundstücken, Planung und Genehmigung
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Unternehmensrichtlinien in Projektentwicklungsstrategien
• Koordination von internen Fachabteilungen und externen Interessengruppen, wie Grundstückseigentümern, Gemeinden und Behörden
• Unterstützung der Akquisitions Manager bei der bei der Flächensicherung und sonstigen Vertragsverhandlungen
• Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Politik, Behörden, Grundstückseigentümern, Pächtern und lokalen Gemeinschaften
• Entwicklung und Implementierung effektiver Strategien für die Akquisition und Entwicklung von Windprojekten
• Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und Anpassung der Maßnahmen, um die Ziele zu erreichen

Your profile

• Ein Fachhochschul- und/oder Universitätsabschluss in einem relevanten Bereich wie Geografie, Stadtplanung, Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen
• Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung im Bereich Windenergie
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien, vorzugsweise in der Windenergie
• Vorzugsweise Führungserfahrung mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu leiten und zu inspirieren
• Starke organisatorische und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
• Starker Teamplayer mit einer kollaborativen Denkweise
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und unternehmerischem Geist
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
